New in Used Books: Gaiman, RPGs, Disney, and more!

There’s been all sorts of exciting things this week here in our Used book section from attending literary events here in the city to setting up deals that will make hunting down requests easier.  All in all a fair few interesting developments.  But there have also been new books!  We’ve got all sorts of new titles gracing our shelves, here’s some info on the highlights!

RPG books

A few D&D 3.5e starting books as well as one of the Vampire White Wolf titles

Fighting Fantasy

We stumbled into a larger collection of solo RPG books.  Done in a Choose Your Own Adventure style, all you need to dive into the adventure is a pencil and a six sided dice.  Also there is a Narnia one? I was pleasantly surprised to discover those were a thing.

Several Gaiman titles including some of his novels, graphic novels, and a non-fiction look into the author’s life.

Jared’s Picks

A few titles that I have read or heard of and am quite excited about. From a omnibus of Zelazny’s classic Amberverse titles to a Young Adult novel written by Ms. Marvel’s G. Willow Wilson. Plus a novella from my own favourite author Patrick Rothfuss exploring the perspective of one of his side characters Auri.

Sci fi Pocketbooks

In the past while we’ve found a fair few Science Fiction and Fantasy pocketbooks.  But we recently stumbled into some amazing condition older titles from popular authors such as Asimov, Clarke, and Pratchett.

ClassicDisney Storybooks

A large set of older Disney storybooks that were reprinted in 2006.  All in great condition, these are a great way to re-experience some of the lesser known Disney properties.

All these and more!  Stop on by to check out some of the other new titles we’ve stumbled into.  See you next week, who knows what we’ll have found by then.
